3D Blu-Ray sound sync issues Xbox One.

None of my 3D Blu-Rays play properly on Xbox One all have sound slightly out of sync which makes the films unwatchable. My normal Blu-Rays play fine but 3D has sound syncing issues. Tried adjusting various settings in the menus and uninstalled the Blu-Ray
player app and even done complete system reset nothing has made any difference. Is this a problem with the app that needs updating?

    :)

All Blu-ray players use software for playback. It is called firmware and generally is user updateable. The Xbox One is a proper Blu-ray player that has issues at the moment. Lip sync and no 3D playback among them.

I don't need to download an app to use my Blu-ray player and it updates its own firmware.

It does sound like a bug in the app, if it only does it in 3D. You could try this...

Clear Persistent storage. Hit the Menu button, Settings, Disc & Blu-ray, Persistent storage, Clear persistent storage

Neither the Xbox One nor the PS4 can play 3D Blu-Rays yet. It will be aded to both later on I presume. If people are having issues with jumping movies or lip-sync issues, have you tried enabling the 24 frames option in the Blu-Ray settings, to see if that
    helps?
