I would set your ip address to static for your xbox one using manual settings. You'll find that in settings/network/advanced settings I believe... then you change your ipv4 address to something within your computer network range. You can find explicit
instructions for this on xbox.com. There is also help on resetting your NAT type as well which should get you pointed in the right direction.

Have you tried to hard reset the console? Another option would be is to factory reset the modem; if you have rebooted it already.

I would recommend that you follow the steps on this link and see if there will be improvements. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/networking/nat-error-solution.

There is a chance that you may need to contact your ISP(Internet Service Provider) if changes with your Network configuration or IP address needs to be changed. Be sure to follow the link above since it's tested and proven to work.

I hope all goes well for you. :)

Additional Network Ports for Multiplayer Gaming: NAT Type test not working.

Mobile Hotspots are tricky when it comes to online gaming, they don't really have support for UPnP routing so NAT Types are hit and miss. Usually to achieve Open Nat with one you will have to first tether it to a PC then use the Network Sharing option on
the PC. I've also had my tests not work when i'm using my iPhone if there is heavy traffic on my connection, I just reset my MAC address, and once my X1 boots back up I can usually get it to work. Hope I could give some useful information for you!
