Apps won't update

Discus and support Apps won't update in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have the events (beta) and Microsoft store app that need updating and xbox keeps trying however it keeps saying I need to delete stuff for more...     Apps won't update


    I have the events (beta) and Microsoft store app that need updating and xbox keeps trying however it keeps saying I need to delete stuff for more space. I didn't everything and still wouldn't work. It won't update and it's doing my head in when it keeps popping up saying installation has stopped. Can someone please help me out here . Thank you

    I'm not entirely sure as to how to fix this but you could try hard resetting your Xbox by holding the power button down for about 10 seconds and waiting a little bit to turn it back on.

    Hey there, Adept!

    I'm sorry to see any issues with the app update! To check on what version you have, can you go into your My games & apps section, highlight the Amazon App, then hit LB + RB + View buttons for me (View is what used to be called the Select
    button). Post back with an image of that captured on a phone or camera for me.

    From there, we can see what our next steps are. I look forward to working with you! :)
