Are there plans to have access to the Game Pass App from Windows 10 PC ?

Is your PC running Windows 10 1903? and are you using the Game Pass PC (beta) app to download the game?

For you use the Game Pass on PC with Windows 10, try this steeps:

1 Open the Xbox(beta) App [the Game Pass run for this App and then;

To install games from Xbox Game Pass, you must have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta) plan.

• Make sure you’re signed in to Microsoft Store and/or the Xbox (Beta) app—whichever you’re installing from.
• Make sure your Xbox Game Pass membership is current by signing in and checking the status.

Access to the WindowsApps folder is a general Windows thing, not because of a Game Pass subscription. All Windows 10 apps and games install to this folder, Game Pass and Windows Store. You can still gain access to the folder.

I have purchased Xbox game pass, yet whenever I try to install a game from the Xbox app on windows 10 it prompts me to 'Join game pass". I double check and I have indeed paid for it and my account page seems to recognize this, but I cant access
any of its features. Please help!

did you install the Xbox App beta as explained here https://www.xbox.com/xbox-game-pass/pc-games ?

If yes, I suggest you try to logout from the account and login again in order to update the account information.
