Arris (Modems/Gateways) Arris TM602 (Modem): Xbox Connection Issue
Try a wired ethernet connection to your network hardware and console.

You may be getting signal interference if using WiFi.

This support, Random disconnect solution may assist you.

    Connecting xbox 360 s to **** TG862g modem supplied by comcast/xfinity

This is a DNS issue. The Arris does not identify third party DNS for some reason and Xbox uses a 3rd party DNS. this is a Arris issue and not comcast.

    Keep getting disconnected randomly

There is a known incompatible issue with the Xbox and the Comcast Arris Modem. See if you can get Comcast to bring you a modem that is not an Arris model.

Wont stay connected - Disconnects every few seconds - BrightHouse

the Arris dg1670 is your modem , the actiontec wcb3000n is a Wireless Network Extender , the arris should be the only one getting the internet signal from your isp , if the actiontec wcb3000n is also hooked to coax cable , its probably using a Moca connection
instead of Ethernet ....you could try plugging your xbox into the Arris instead of the Actiontec but the Arris gateways like you have from brighthouse have been the absolute worst ones to go down for some reason...if you plug into the arris and its still
a no go , I would call your isp and see if they will replace it , they should be aware of the issue...

    wired xbox live disconnects

It doesnt matter if you have you xbox connected to the tplink.

Is this how you network is:

Arris > TP Link > Xbox

As in the tp link router is connected to the arris and then the xbox is connected to the TP link?

If so then thats why your having issues. Your xbox in this type of setup is essentially behind 2 NATs which can cause all sorts of issues including the problem your having.

You will need to google how to put your arris model gateway into "bridge mode" so that it doesnt act as a router and only acts as a modem.

    This should fix your issue

All games and xbox services lag every 5-10 minutes for about 10 seconds.

    Greetings LilDudeDavid!

I assume that the "ARRIS TC862" is a typo, and that it should read, ARRIS TG862G/CT? If so, there is a known issue that the Xbox 360 could have difficulties communicating with the ARRIS TG862G/CT Xfinity custom firmware version in a proper way when using
a wireless connection type with the Xbox

    Please read
    here!

Post back and let us know how it goes.

    Thank you!
