    Contact your ISP to port forward your router. They might have a solution for your NAT as well.

    Sounds like a port not opening. Do you have the problem when you only have 1 xbox on or when you have both? Port forwarding will always put 1 of the xboxes in the strict nat without UPnP unless you port forward to different ports.

    Hey there! Have you tried running through the NAT Error troubleshooter? It can give you an in depth guide on how to best troubleshoot these issues. You can find the troubleshooter here: https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/networking/nat-error-solution. Alternatively,
    if that doesn't work you can try contacting your ISP for more help with your router if it was provided by them. You may also need to send them in for repairs if they wont connect to mobile hotspots.
