    Audio video out of Sync on Xbox series s


    While watching a video on youtube app, after a while the audio is ahead of the video and if I press stop and then play it gets synced but still happens again after a while.

    I am not sure the same thing happens while I play games and if im not mistaken, the problems doesnt appear when i see movies on websites through internet explorer.

    UPDATE: Xbox One S returned. No solution for audio sync issue on DVD/Blu-ray playback.

    After scouring the internet I cannot find a solution. The Xbox Support seems to be correct. There was an issue with the Xbox One S where the audio was not in sync with the video on DVD and Blu-ray playback. I returned the Xbox One S.

    Hopefully few other experience the issue.

    Windows 8.1 XBox Video Metro App video/audio sync/lag issue

    I reverted to Windows 8. The Xbox Video works fine. The video no longer lags and is out of sync with the audio. So Windows 8.1 broke something.

    I too have this problem! At first I thought it was just the TV app, but now I have realised it's a global problem!

    I also occasionally get audio out of sync on live TV. I have Microsoft's USB DVB-T tuner into the Xbox, and hdmi to my TV. I can fix this by skipping forward, even though the stream is supposed to be live...
