    lovefilm vs netflix.my review.

    How good is the catalogue of films and tv shows from Netflix? I was really disappointed by Lovefilm's streaming service, not due to the quality, but due to the dreadful collection of films. It's OK to boast having a massive catalogue, but when they're of
    the quality I wouldn't pick out of the Woolworth's bargain bin it's nowhere near as good as it should be.

    The catalogue of TV shows seems good. There could be a lot more films though. Although i'm sure the content will improve over time.

    It's best just to sign up for the free trial and see for yourself. You can always cancel if you don't like the catalogue

    Thanks for reaching out to us! Based on the error code you received (0x80190194), it may mean that there may be a problem with your account, your billing
    information may not be up to date or the title is no longer available in Movies & TV.

    I did find that Solo: A Star Wars Story was available in the Microsoft store, so what may be going on is related either to your billing information or your profile itself. That being said, you may wish to first check your billing information to ensure that
    the billing address for your Microsoft account and your financial institution that issued you your card match up and that the expiration dates are correct.

    1. Sign in to the
      Payment & billing
      page with your Microsoft account.
    2. If you don't know your Microsoft account email address or password, use the
      Lost Account Solution
      or the
      Lost Password Solution
      .
    3. Select Billing info, and then follow the steps to review your billing information.
    Note If there's an error, select
    Edit profile, and then follow the instructions to update the information.

    You also have the option to try a different payment method to see if that allows you to proceed.

    at your link ( Payment & billing ) my information is perfectly fine. in fact there is a drop-down where I can select multiple countries. I moved to
    another country a few months ago.

    There is no error.

    I ordered the film in the right store (country)

    from one of our Xbox Support Specialists over the phone to do a deeper dive into the account to make sure there isn't any billing issues with it or simply

    Request a Digital Goods Refund
    , once the refund comes in then simply repurchase the movie. Go ahead and give these steps a shot and let us know if we can further assist in this or any other matter!
