    Can someone please help me out! can't find any information on problem


    So a few days ago my friend couldn't load up COD ww2 and it gave him an error saying he was IP banned so he loaded up gta5 online and it wouldn't work, and the same with rdr2 and COD vanguard. We can still play Ark survival evolved, who's your daddy, and Sea of thieves but any online games won't work for him. He hasn't done anything wrong on Xbox, norhing over text, party, or anything. If anyone knows what to do please help.
