Cannot download Forza Motorsport 7 after adding the code to XBOX App

The game is showing as purchased on Microsoft Store, right? So please try this:

Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Microsoft Store > Advanced options > Reset. Repeat the process for the Xbox App.

After that:
Go to Start > Search for PowerShell > Right-click and select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the App on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your device and try to install the game again. See if this helps and let me know.

If you still can't install the game, please take a screenshot of the Xbox App window showing Forza Motorsport 7.

It was a console bundle, including forza horizon 4 and forza motorsport 7 (digital download codes). I can see the motorsport in the order history, but horizon isn't there.

E3 for sure no new forza motorsport will be annouced after the mess of motorsport 7

Keep in mind that you will gain access to Forza Horizon 3 and Forza Motorsport 7 within 7-10 days after purchasing Xbox Game Pass. These codes get sent out in waves so you could be in the next wave.
