    Cisco Cisco DPQ3925: MAC Filtering

When searching for 192.168.0.1, nothing comes up. It just tells me that it is unable to search for it. What should I do, because my x-box one is not able to use the wifi.

New Xbox 360 S Can't connect Wifi, but wired

    Hi,

What is the exact model of Cisco?

Please turn off WPA2 (as a test) and any wireless mac address filtering and try to connect. Once you know you can connect with no security you can work up from there

xbox 360 not connecting to a Cisco EPC3925

Lots of things can cause this.

    On the router/Gateway (Cisco EPC3925)

    1. Turn off the WPS (Wifi protected Setup) feature. Set it to manual instead.

    2. Use WPA2 security encryption, not WEP

    3. Make sure the MAC filter feature is disabled.

    MAC filtering

If you can enable some verbose logs on the router you should be able to see the MAC address of the Xbox and if it is blocked or not.
