    Boa tarde,No dia 27/06/20,fiz uma compra de CP para o jogo Call of Duty:Modern Warfare.

    Eu estava com 300 CP e faltava 700CP para comprar o Passaporte para a 4 temporada.

    então fiz uma compra de 15,80 para 500CP e outra de 8,00 Para 200CP para completar 1000CP para a comprar da temporada,mas quando fiz a compra dos 200CP,deu um erro no pagamento,então tentei
    de novo e me cobraram 2x os 8,00 Reais ,como tivesse feito duas compra de 200CP.

    E o mais estranho é que não recebi os CP a mais que me cobraram a Mais!

    Percebi que recebi as cobranças no cartão de Crédito e também os pedidos no e-mail

    Queria saber o que aconteceu? e porque me cobraram a Mais? por algo que nem ganhei!

    e espero restarcimento do valor cobrado indevido.

    Sei que é pela Activision as compras,mas pago pela Microsoft.

    of 200CP.And the strangest thing is that I didn’t receive the extra CP that I was charged for!I realized that I received the credit card charges and also the orders in the emailDid you know what happened? and why I was charged more? for something I didn't
    even win!and I expect reimbursement of the amount unduly charged.I know it's Activision purchases, but I pay for Microsoft.]

    After you submit the request, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that will include instructions on how to keep track of your request.


    If you are needing further assistance with the purchase I would suggest to contact Live Support.


    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call:

    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call



    Please be sure to try the website request refund first, as agents will direct you there anyway. Also you are able to reply to the emails that you will receive from doing the online request directly.

    If you opt to purchase a membership online then it is automatically set up to auto renew for you. You will only be charged for the next month.

    If you turn off auto renew then you will only be charged for the one month when you place the order.
