    Bonjour, j'ai une xbox one x connecté a internet avec du wi-fi. Depuis maintenant 3-4 semaine elle se déconnecte tout seul d'internet puis se reconnecte au bout de 20 a 30 seconde. C'est la seule console qui me fait sa car mon ancienne xbox one premier du
    nom ne me le fesait jamais , ma ps4 marche très bien au wifi et ma nintendo switch aussi ainsi que mon cellulaire et mon ordi. J'aimerais savoir s'il y aurai une configuration quelconque sur ma xbox a faire pour que sa arrete de me faire sa ou il va falloir
    que je l'envoie se faire réparer

    Ps: j'ai fait le test de connection et tout est ok

    Thank you for providing that feedback for us.

    I would have to encourage that you attempt to you a wired connection, and see what type of results we can yield off that.

    Additionally, I would like you to see if you can check your detailed network statistics under your

    Network settings
    and see if you are being prompted about any sort of Packet loss.

    This can be done by following these steps:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Network.
    5. Select Network settings.
    6. Select Detailed Network settings.

    Alternatively, if we are still testing all this with a wireless connection, using an Alternate MAC address might provide us with favorable results.

    You can get there by following steps 1-5 and then

    1. Select Advance settings.
    2. Select Alternate MAC address.
    3. Select Manual.
    4. Enter a MAC address of another device in your home that is connected and not experiencing disconnect issues.

    MAC address can also be called something like Physical address, or
    WI-FI address, so just be on the look out for that.

    Give this a try and let us know your results!

    I have did the test i have no packet lost and unfortunately i can't use a wired connection. I already try to use a different MAC address and its not working.

    Hey Atomic

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to maintain a stable connection to Xbox Live.

    I would like to inquire, are you using a wired connection or a wireless connection?

    If you haven't already, I would recommend
    performing a power cycle on your console
    .

    This can be done by following these simple steps:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    If this does not help alleviate the issue, resetting the operating system via a soft

    factory reset
    might just do the trick.

    Just keep in mind that this will remove all account and Home Xbox associations to make sure you do know what the email and passwords of those accounts are.

    These are the steps you can follow to perform this:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
    3. Select Reset console.
    4. On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:
      • Reset and remove everything. This option resets the console to factory settings. All user data, including accounts, saved games, settings, home Xbox associations, and all games and apps will be deleted. You should use this option when selling
        or gifting the console to someone else. You should only use this option as a last resort in some troubleshooting cases.
      • Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. This will save you from downloading
        or reinstalling the large game files. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose
        Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with
        Reset and keep my games & apps
        and save Reset and remove everything as a last resort.
      • Cancel. To back out of this screen, simply select the
        Cancel
        button. No action has been taken at this point. This is a safe exit from this screen.

    Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand that your having trouble with your profile that removing and recovering wont fix. I recommend you try a soft factory reset:

    How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One
    . Make sure you try the "Keep My Games & Apps" option first to avoid lengthy redownloads.

    Note: You will need your Microsoft Account Email and Password to recover your profiles after the reset.
