    Elite series 2 very poor quality for money, need to return a 3rd time


    i purchased one on day of release and had issue's with it from the get go but wasn't playing a huge amount but during the lockdown i decieded to go through the warranty process and sent it back for replacement, the replacement was also faulty on the same
    buttons A and right bumper, i have just recieved my 2nd replacement this time the right bumper is dodgy again and the whole unit clicks and creaks like it isn't sealed properly is there any way to talk to someone on the phone about this issue? as getting tiersome
    now for such an exspensive controller

    The only thing i could suggest is asking for a refund. Rather than keep returning the product

    Series 2 Elite Controller Issue. Curious if anyone else has had a similar experience.

    I think they pumped the Series 2 out too fast and quite a few batches got very poor quality control.
