    Yesterday my son was banned from Xbox Live for 2 weeks for 'Harassment, Abuse and Threats.' My son is autistic and does not understand fully why he has been banned. This is really getting to him emotionally and personally; I cannot explain to him why he
    has been banned because he just can't understand it. It's hurting me to see him so down and upset. I understand if he had actually been harassing someone, but all my son has done all weekend is play Call of Duty with his friend, I often supervise him when
    he is playing games on his Xbox to make sure that he does not retaliate to anyone sending hurtful messages.

    His older brother came over this week and has been using his Xbox while he was at school, this is the only way any threatening messages could have been sent to anyone. My younger son told me a few days ago that he was given a communication ban after his
    oIder brother had been playing on his account. Then, days later, he gets banned for 2 weeks from playing any online games at all. I sometimes let his older brother use his Xbox but I will not be anymore after this has happened, as it has caused my younger
    son to have a ban for 2 weeks. I have no choice but to put parental controls on my son's account now to stop his brother from abusing the account.

    Also, I have been told to go on the enforcement website to apply for a review on the ban. I would be happy to do so if the website would actually work or load for me. Every single time I try to attempt applying for a review, the website refreshes and goes
    back to the homepage. Sometimes, it will let me go a page further but always refreshes back to the homepage. The ONE time I managed to get through to the Appeals Page, it told me that I have been locked out of the questionnaire and have attempted it too many
    times. How is this even possible when I never got the chance to answer any of the questions? I think it's absolutely RIDICULOUS that there is no contact number OR email at all to reach the Enforcement Team, you can only do it through the website. Which does
    not work. At all.

    I think the bans Xbox send out to players can be really harsh and quite frankly absurd. I have looked through the messages my son was sent and the majority of the messages were sent by other players first, trying to troll and upset him to get a reaction.
    And then when they get the reaction they report you, and never end up getting banned themselves. As a mother who loves nothing more than to watch my son enjoy playing video games, and as a lover of games myself, I think the enforcement team are abusing their
    power by banning innocent players who haven't done anything, without even looking into the case. A single report, or several reports from different people about the same person, regardless of what they've done, and they will be banned. This is truly a disgrace
    Xbox. This isn't how you treat dedicated customers and gamers who are paying for Xbox Live every single month.

    I would like a reply and a solution to this ASAP. I really am tired of 30 minute phone calls and not getting anywhere, and the website that won't even work in the first place. Shocking.

    website refreshes every 24 hours so keep an eye on the account on the website and let us know if no change happens

    I have been advised to come here by Customer support members (Account issue)

    Customer support has no say on enforcement issues and have no direct way to talk to the enforcement team (there is no number but the enforcement page)

    Doesn't matter who sends the first message.If anyone responds in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then they risk being suspended.

    Always best to report & block anyone sending harassing messages,don't respond.

    The enforcement site works fine,try a different web browser if you are having issues.

    Having a contact phone number would not work as it would just be spammed & abused.

    Phone/chat support are nothing to do with enforcement so can't help.

    I've tried multiple times, on different devices, my phone, my laptop, my ipad, nothing works. Not in a different browser, I don't know why. The Support Team on the phone told me they don't know why. I have been on the phone multiple times today and have
    been told the exact same thing by everyone, if it worked perfectly fine for me, I wouldn't be resorting to this.

    There is no contact numbers for the enforcement team. The only way to contact then is through the case review on their website. enforcement.xbox.com/home

    It is not the only way. Even if the phone number is not up to your standards, or if it is not "official means" (If it wasn't official, Microsoft wouldn't post it on their website) it is still a way to contact them. vT Kealan did not ask if it is official,
    just asked if there is another way.

    I'm not sure where you've seen it, but I've never seen that number listed anywhere on Microsoft's site. If it was meant to be used as a way to contact the enforcement team, it would be listed on the enforcement site.

    It is deep into microsoft.com. Do not report Xbox forum posts if they do not contain profanity or I will need to reach out to the enforcement team myself. Every time I post something, you come and say "Oh well this is not official" or whatever. You need
    to stop. I would message you but you never reply.
    What Smwutches is saying is that may be a phone number for the enforcement team but it is not one that would be used for use when you have an enforcement action against your account.

    That is probably a number for internal use only and the only Official way to have the enforcement team reinvestigate a suspension is to go through filing a case review on their website.

    And like Smwutches i would like to see that Official Microsoft website that shows that number for the enforcement team.
