    Food for thought?

    • I would like too see profile badges according to insider/preview tier considering this program has been running longer than the ones that currently do, we do more for the system it's self and the running of it.
    • I would like to request different themes for the xbox i.e. maybe a 360? Arcade feel? also the icons on the home screen should be set to like a 'Widget' system and let us choose how we lay our own home screen out?
    • I would like the MIC webcam support enabled considering i have a webcam with a built in MIC and you have cortorna doing nothing. .
    • When pressing the 'Guide button' I would like too see the community calendar placed above the time and battery status of your controller. This would be good for E3 for a quick glace on what is happening that week despite what app your in also whilst E3 isn't on this could be good for upcoming games due to be released?
    • I would like the ability to be able to set a status to the community without leaving the app in am currently in. I.E, I was watching this years E3 and wanted to post a status up about a game due out. There is no way of doing this without leaving the currant app (Mixer), missing out of some critical E3 information!
    • A proper sound mixer system that will allow for me to tweak the bass, trebel ect..
    • Also the ability to cancel pre orders from the console. It shocks me to think that it is so easy to pre order a game but no so easy to cancel said order. I have literally had to ring up twice to do this!

p.s. Looks awfully like a profile badge on your page banner there ;-).

    Uverse food network issue

I also can't find food network in the one guide, the one guide says the food network app is the food network channel but there is no actual food network unless I get out the uverse remote and manually turn to it.

Gamers with smart devices have an advantage because they can see in game maps and use their touch screens to move troops or call in airstrikes in games like Battlefield. So unless you have a tablet or plan to get one avoid the Xbox One.

hahahaha ok 1 you didnt prove they have an advantage you're making assumptions about smart glass. the games arent even out yet.

2 your 100% wrong with your battlfield refrence. you don't have to use smart glass to call in airstrikes.

smart glass on bf4 is used by whoemever is playing as the commander they have a top down veiw of the map. they can give orders and set way points and yes call in airstrikes. but there is only 1 commander per team. also the commander cant run around with a foot
soldier or drive vehicles. that would be a disadvantage to him he is stuck as the commander only. the whole game.

also foot soldiers will still be able to call in support just like in previous games.

you don't even know what your talking about.

some people like myself still prefer to game on console. even if they go all digital and drm it's still going to be more simple than pc.

i like to use a controller not mouse and keyboard. pc lack of support for even the standard 360 controller sucks. controllers don't work on pc games the same way they do on console even for games like team fortress two wich has it built in. it's a hassle to
set up a controller and get it working right. it's a hassle to update drivers and make sure you have the right ones. it's a hassle to have to sign up for multiple services so you can connest to multiple games online servers.

if there ever was a 1 stop place for pc gaming where you can just load the game and play like on console those issues would be solved. but i dont see it happening.

    [/quote]

Quite a bit of games support the 360 controller by default, even a lot of indie games that don't come out on consoles still add it in. All of the games i've used my 360 controller I haven't even had to set it up, just plug it in and controls instantly transfer
over the the controller. Updating drivers is incredibly easy, with my GTX 560 I just have to open up the Nvidia control panel and check for updates, takes less than 5 seconds. The one point you may have is multiple services, maybe. It depends on the games
you play. Almost all of the big games and a lot of indie games end up coming to steam with the only big exceptions being EA games because of their own service. Steam has become the 1 stop place for a lot of games.
