    Hello Alejo!

    Despite the email account being closed, that address may still work as a Microsoft Account. Let's have your Dad enter the password for that Microsoft Account to accept the ToU. If the password comes back as invalid, try
    resetting the password, or
    recover the account.

    Let us know how that goes. If he's still unable to accept the Terms for you, we'll find another solution.

    in a situation like this, it's best to wait 24hours and then try again. if that doesn't work the only option would be to take the card back to the retailer to have it activated. See this link for more information in regards to this issue:
