    Try port forwarding, if that dosnt help see how many devices are connected to your router or modem. If u use up all of your ports connecting will be an issue.

    have you checked your NATtype?? maybe its port forwarding problem, try contacting your ISP also

    The Hitron is the primary router. My cable is connected to it for fast download speeds.

    The other cables are connected to Cisco.

    How does your Hitron Technologies CGN fits into this topology? Is it that you're using the TM502G stictly for VOIP service, and the CGN for Internet?

    Hi lidstrom,

    I'm sorry to hear the issue is persisting. If the network connection shows up to be good with an open NAT and services being and there's no error showing up if you perform the Test multiplayer connection. Then
    We suggest (if it hasn't already been done) a reset of the console
    since the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so try out the

    Soft Factory Reset
    (while keeping games and apps) this won't un-install any games or apps.

    Before resetting your console make sure of the following:

    • There is a stable network connection.
    • The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)



    Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup let's do
    manual setup.

    Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
