    claudio s and maria c of customer support continue to lie to me after i was hacked and given a communication ban for the 5th time on this account and more on another i was asking to have it lifted while them saying the enforcement "team" is offline 24/7
    well this means they are not a team and are lying to me about not being able to lift a ban when it is very much so possible and are all too lazy to do anything about it while also being told multiple times i was hacked and never sent any messages to be able
    to receive any ban what so ever so they told me i have to wait to have it lifted and wont even allow for a review because again they are too lazy to do their jobs so maria c and claudio s i will make sure the both of you are fired for being lazy and lying
    to me a long time user of microsoft and xbox

    As mentioned before, support cant lift bans. Sorry that youve found yourself in this position. The tone of this post isnt great so is it possible that someone may have reported a message they received like this as i would not like to be on the receiving
    end of one. One thing to ask yourself before you hit the send button is would i like to receive this? Would my mam or dad approve?

    If you tried to talk about your ban with the costumer support they couldn't do anything for you, go to http://enforcement.xbox.com/home and try here. I wish you luck.

    Customer support can't do anything about bans, it is the Enforcement team that handle anything and everything to do with bans, and there is no live chat option for the Enforcement team, the only methods of communication between ourselves and the Enforcement
    team is when a report is filed, and a case review is submitted.

    Support can't lift bans.

    You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

    I received a code but it says it has been redeemed and can't be used. I havnt redeemed it ! I've been directed here after speaking to their customer support for 50 min ! Not great
