    i have been a member for years. I signed up to the preview program and it been **** ever since. I have well documented issues with a so called bad patch? well you cant tell me the same issue is a patch issue 3 freaking time.

    I have gold till September 5th it keeps telling me i need to renew. then it wont let me download games with gold cause why? It said i have no membership. then it wont let me play on line games why? I HAVE NEVER BEEN BANNED PERIOD from any Xbox accounts
    or live. so since basically the first time i called last year abut the issue and then again in November then again TODAY your exclent helpers on the phone said it was a bad patch issue 3 time in a row and not only that i have gold and cant use it cause of
    this crap.

    I got acked on the psn netowk atleast they gave me answers and Im about do drop this 10 year relationship to go back to psn cause it your so called bad patch job stopping me from using the gold i pai for your rep said there isnt any band at all but i even
    had rest the system back to day one setting and still this crap. yall say you have the records of me calling about this issue and you guys claim to be looking in on it but no i didnt even get a call back when they said they would call me back. im wasteing
    time and money for what crapy service,a xbox live service that wont let me do crap but pay you guy money i cant get online and use god cause you say i dont have it well paid for a card last week broght me up till september 5. **** i got hitman season pass
    i couldent even enter my passcode cause of this issue.

    you guys lie to me waste my time and i paid fo service that isnt woring and I upped my net to 100mbs and i did a test it was 60.65mb a second cant say it was a connection issue i sign in on my brother account on the same xbox and my wifes its all great for
    them...but not me

    where do i go to get service and for what i lost gold cause of this issue? or do i have to wait for the so called mystery call i ben waiting for since the issue started?

    If you require a repair done and its covered by warranty then go ahead with it.

    No one can comment on what the guy from support said or didn't say you should receive an excellent service.

    I'm currently at 20 minutes waiting for a response from "Geoff". After telling me that my warranty expired after only 8 months after purchase, I told him I had a receipt that would refute that claim. As a result I've received no response from him. Is
    it a representation of the service I should expect?
