    Eu estou tendando baixar a atualização mais recente e só baixa até os 13% e trava por um tempo e diz, houve um problema com a atualização. O código de erro que aparece é - 0x80070079 0x00000000 0x90000005. Eu entrei no link de suporte que aparece na tela
    mas não aparece um protocolo para este código. Help

    Então, eu fiz tudo que foi sugerido acima, dei reset no meu xbox, só que quando estava configurando ele, na hora de atualizar travou no mesmo 13% e apareceu o mesmo erro. Aí eu dei mais uma busca aqui na pagina que da pra pesquisar os códigos e vi que
    o problema pode ser de conexão com a xbox live, e pra resolver isso teria que abrir o painel e ir na configuração, Mas como eu reserei o xbox não dá pra abrir o painel e acessar a configuração. Estou no aguardo de uma solução.

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to the issue with the update, have you tried to Reset your Network Router? If not, I would suggest trying to unplug the router for 5 minutes, then plug it back in and
    Power Cycle the console. If that doesn't resolve the issue with the update, you may have to try a
    Soft Factory Reset of the console, (Keep Games & Apps). If that option does not work out you will need to try the
    Offline System Update Solution.

    Thank you for replying back so quickly. in regards to your reply, I understand that you have stated that you Reset the console and that the update once again stopped at 13%, did you try doing an
    Offline System Update as I had suggested previously? If not, I would recommend trying this as a next viable step forward in trying
    to resolve this issue.

    If you can please try this suggest step and then reply back letting us know if it resolved the issue. Thank you again for posting on Xbox Forums.

    So when I get on xbox and connect to my internet its says my internet is connected perfectly fine but then this page pops up saying "you need to update this console, but somthing went wrong.

    The error code it gives me it 0x8B10000B 0x00000000 0x00000204

    And I hit try again nothing happens

    Thanks for coming to the forums. There is a known upcoming issue regarding the error 0x80072f8f. We are aware of the issue and are working on it. We recommend to request a call from support so they may gather information on the issue.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue select i can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down and select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
