I'm not sure it's possible to build a worse support portal then the 1 I've been stuck in trying to get Support for my kids X-Box. I've spent hours trying to figure out how to post a question about an
existing support request that seems to be going nowhere.

    :)

How Do I Actually Reach a Person Who Can Solve My Support Problem

You can request a free call-back by signing on at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and selecting Billing. When
prompted to speak to a virtual agent, decline it. After answering a few more questions, you should get the option to request a callback.

How Do I Actually Reach a Person Who Can Solve My Support Problem

To reach Support, log onto https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and select the issue you're having trouble with. When prompted to speak to the virtual agent, decline it. After a few more questions you should get the option to request a free callback, or another
method to speak with a real Microsoft employee. If you don't, try a different path (such as billing).

That said, the users here may be able to solve your problem, so fire away ... what's the problem with the console?

    Hello,

you can request a call back by using the link I’ve posted below. Decline the reqest to speak to a virtual agent then after a few more questions you should have the option to request a call back.

However, its also possible that someone on the forums may be able to help you and answer your question. If you’d like to post it here, you can, and we will help to our best abilities

    IP address attacking

I'm not sure about how to tackle this, but as previously said, try calling your internet provider and they could do something about it, and/or report the person. I've heard a person got another Xbox to solve the problem, but I think that's too excessive
for a problem like this. I don't know how Xbox Support couldn't tackle the problem.
