Discus and support I bought a game and its saying I dont own it even though i have it installed in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought cyberpunk 2077 and have it installed but when I go to the store it say I dont own it I really don't want to have to buy it again...     I bought cyberpunk 2077 and have it installed but when I go to the store it say I dont own it I really don't want to have to buy it again

    If the order history doesn't show the purchase was made the best course of action would be to

    request a callback     from one of our billing specialist! They could look further into the account and hopefully get this squared away!!

    vigilante 8 says its a trial, even though i bought the game

    When you go into the game click unlock on the menu then hit redownload. After it does its one second download because you already have it hit continue which will bring you back to the title screen. Do you still have the problem?
