    I can't connect to the wifi on my Xbox


    So I don't know if anyone else has Xfinity as their wifi and you have the Xfinity app and your wifi got shut off on your Xbox through the app well I had to factory reset because I had the black screen of death and the wifi was shut off and I'm trying to set up my Xbox and it is saying it is paused when clearly it isn't on the app can someone help?

    I'm having the same problem. It works fine on my Xbox one but not my 360. Can't log in, can't connect to wifi, and it keeps saying it's my wifi, but it's connected and fine. They need to fix this

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
    the results.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. That should solve the issue for you.
