    So let me explain the long story of the issue I have with your poor quality controller and useless support. On November 3, 2014 I sent my day one xbox one controller out to get replaced as it started to fall apart, I sent it off at MY EXPENSE. I figured
    I would send the controller off and buy one from the store as a replacement while I wait for the other controller to come back in. Now in a perfect reality, I would spend 65 bucks on a new perfectly working controller and they would send me back a new perfectly
    working controller. Right after I go to the post office to send the controller off I go directly to Wal Mart and purchase a regular black controller. Go home and BOOM! The nightmare begins. right out the box, the controller had numerous defects, such as uneven
    panels that made the sides near the triggers very sharp and thumb sticks the were anchored properly to the motherboard and would kink up and make it hard to move the thumb stick in certain directions. So figuring it was bad luck went back to wal mart and got
    an exchange, opened that on up and boom, another defective controller. To make a long story short I went through a grand total of 23 controllers all with numerous problems right out the box. So I too them back, got my money back and decided to wait for the
    one to come from microsoft. That controller comes the end of november and...THE CONTROLLER DOESNT EVEN TURN ON. Spend another 10 dollars to send the controller off 6 different times, if you can handle even basic math you know that is 60 dollars (the cost of
    one controller) to send off a controller only to be sent back defective controllers. So after being completely done with dealing with the circle of paying to send controllers off and then having defective one just sent back to me, I ask to speak to the escalation
    team. I got in contact with a game name josh who sent me out (not at my expense) another controller. That one came in, and surprise, the left trigger is completely immovable. So I contacted him back and he was very helpful and said to send both controller
    I have in directly to him and he will send me one that he has personally tested. I send the controllers off the next day and wait. This past monday I received the controller and it was of much better build quality then the other ones, and I thought it was
    all over. I had a controller that worked and I was done with dealing with an issue that should had never taken months to solve. Then only 4 days after very light use the day one controller they was sent out to me from josh is starting to mess up. The trigger
    make a loud crunching in the left trigger which I assume will only get worse and the left thumb stick makes a loud popping sound, which again, I assume will only get worse. I emailed josh back to see what next course of action is best, but I am inching closer
    and closer to getting rid of this garbage and use my PS4 as my primary console. Microsoft, please update the controller! I have had a xbox 360 controller with no problems and that one I have owned for 5 years. So the "next-gen" xbox one controller can't be
    better quality than the the previous gen xbox 360 controller. What a joke microsoft. I have been nothing but calm and polite but I am about to start getting very rude, because this is annoying and uncalled for. So Microsoft, if you could respond with an explanation
    as to what we are gonna do about this issue thats all I am asking for, is somone from Microsoft to acknowledge the problem and work to fix it.

    the update only "messes up" your console if you've done something to it for the update to detect malicious use. such as modifying (or opening) the console.

    Hey there, sorry to hear about your constant issues with the controller, I personally am still using my day one controller which hasn't skipped a beat. I'm not entirely sure what anyone will be able to do for you here, other than replace the accessory again.

    Have you gotten a reply from Josh? I think it might be best sticking with that avenue as they know the history.

    If it makes you feel any better, I was once working with support to get a transfer cable and they sent me 6 versions of the same cable, it took a month before I eventually got the right one and we discovered a glitch in their system because of it.

    Anyway, good luck with it, hope you get it sorted out.

    It does not matter you violated the code of conduct and were reported for it and when the enforcement team investigated it they found that there was a violation so that is why you were suspended.

    which games are they supposedly cheating in, i play pc all the time, very difficult to cheat online and not get a vac ban or microsoft ban. so you cannot blame all pc players.

    is it just one title or are there examples of multiple titles this is happening in.

    As you say your done with xbox does that mean gaming in general as cross play is here to stay on all platforms.

    You will never know if action is taken. It is also a complete myth that you can get a suspension for doing nothing. Unfortunately you got reported, the Enforcement team investigated and issued a suspension. Nobody on here or at support can assist further.
    As stated the Enforcement team do not monitor the forum
