Discus and support is there any way to contact corporate in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; We all know Xbox isn't perfect and all issues cant be solved by talking to a representative who loops you back and forth through the system to never...     is there any way to contact corporate


    We all know Xbox isn't perfect and all issues cant be solved by talking to a representative who loops you back and forth through the system to never get a proper answer or solution, so how do you go above them and talk to a supervisor. Or even better corporate?
    Even an email to them would be good as long as the problem comes to a solution? Why leave the Xbox community in the dark about important facts and details.

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/

    then you can explore the FAQ or directly contact an operator at "contact us" and follow the below steps:

    1. Billing & accounts
    2. see other option -> payments and billing
    3. show contact options
    4. choose the way of contact that you prefer (chat or call)

    I don't think it's possible to do so, plus I think it was stated somewhere that the promotion was for new users only.

    June 22, 2014; will make a entire week not having the xbox live gold membership that has been paid for a year. My membership doesn't expire until March 2015. I have spent several hour on the phone and have talked to five different reps.. After holding
    on for 10 to 15 minutes then actually speaking with a rep. for about 5 or 10 minutes we were disconnected. This happened twice with two different rep. and they NEVER even called back, therefore I had to start alllllll over again. Sunday, June 15th I requested
    a code/change of password to be sent to [Removed Personal Info] and I still don't have a password. AND their is a credit card in the name of Marilyn Davis xbox is still allowing my son the charge items on when I had that card cancelled TWICE!
    The first time I called about charges on the card and to cancel the card was back in January 2014. The rep. said he was going to cancelled the card but my son was allowed to charge over $200.00 more items again. The second time I called I was told that after
    cancelling the card the first time I had to wait a few day and within those few days their can not be any charges applied to the card, then call back and cancel again. but I did it. I asked several times if that card would be pulled out the system so that
    it can NEVER be used again and I was told yes. Here we are months later with over $100.00 worth of charges to that card. I am extremely *** at xbox/Microsoft for everything I have be dealing with and still not resolving the problem! I'm not about to waste
    another two hours on the phone with a rep. running me around and around in circle and still not solving the problem. Someone needs to do whatever they need to do to resolve this problem or give me a FULL refund!

    Blunt man, I was charging a battery pack at the time, so it was wired into my system. I've contacted chicago PR, either way, I'm frustrated that I was told there was NO corporate number and yet get one instantly when I call the next day.

    Sounds like your warranty expired over a month ago. They had a grace period, and even that is over. Sometimes when something goes wrong, it needs a repair. $79.99 isn't bad for a repair cost considering they'll likely be swapping it out entirely. And
    unless something has changed since last I heard, buying a repair opens the window for a new warranty period anyways, so you can buy another year or two of warranty coverage. Might want to ask them about that.

    As for the corporate thing... that doesn't sound like a simple phone call at all. I would expect a lot of phone transfers as everybody tries to figure out whose supposed to answer your question. I've never dealt with any company's corporate office, though,
    so I'm only guessing at things. But I wouldn't expect Corporate to have different answers. It's not like when Mom tells you that you can't buy a skateboard, so you go ask Dad because, y'know, he's cooler. But hey, maybe I'm wrong. Best of luck, hope you
