Issue with games and apps not loading, I’ve tried restarting the console but it won’t work

If you just restart your console it won´t delete any games.

If you do a factory reset you get an option if your wan´t tp keep your games and apps or if you want to delete everything. Even if you delete everything your progress in the game won´t be deletet as long as you have your savegames in the Cloud.

i ve had non of these issues, have you tried restarting the game?

same, it says "this game´s region does not match this console. It won´t be downloaded, and you have not been charged", the problem is, that I live in Mexico, and I was in EEUU, and I change my account´s region, to USA, but I´ve move again to Mexico, and
I change it again, I don´t know, what is the exactly problem

It won`t work, old xbox codes had an expiry date,which will have long gone.

I have loads of them and they are all expired.

Sorry to say, but that won`t work. What you could do it to take your console to your aunts home, download the games there and take it back home. That would fix your issue.
