I have the same question and understand that I can not set limits on the organizer. So is there a way to change the organizer of the account to a member so my child will not loose his games/friends?

You can not limit the base "parent" account. Only children. The xbox is on the parent account. So, it can't be limited unless you loose a lot of game profile data.

"Organizer Account " that TylerGirdwood is referring to, is the what they used to call an "Adult Account". If you look at the family setting, it shows there.

Any screen time setting you make will not apply to an organizer account, because they are adult accounts and should be able to manage there own screen time. If you actually look at the family page, the screen time option is only available on "Member" (child)
    accounts.

I am not sure exactly what you meant by "organizer account". If it is actually an account, then you can limit the screen time and hours by going to Family & Other people on your PC settings, configuring Family & Security functions on your Xbox or at accounts.microsoft.com,
or using the Xbox phone app.

If you go to your Family group account via account.microsoft.com, you can set for both Windows 10 and Xbox. You CAN set it for any user (account).

You can set net access limits on your PC by Windows+X and typing net user <username> /times:<day>,<time> where days can be abbreviated Su, M, T, W, Th, F, Sa and time can be 24hr or 12hr format.

If you are talking about a specific organizer app instead of account, then let us know.
