I lost access to Minecraft when I migrated my account from Mojang account to Microsoft account. It is years ago i bought the full version of mminecraft, and i can not find the email containing the transaction ID.

If can not find the email containing the transaction ID, you can Check your Xbox purchase history and make sure to sign in using the account which you made the purchase with. If the game shows up in your order history, you will need to contact Mojang support to check your account from their end.
