Discus and support Lost account in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I've been using an account for Xbox for years, I pay for Game pass ect. , but now in Payment and billing I see no Order history.     I've been using an account for Xbox for years, I pay for Game pass ect. , but now in Payment and billing I see no Order history. I've tried all emails I've ever had. Still no Order history. I know I've made payments I can prove it. Can I use the info from the bank statement about payments I've made to find my account? And will it keep charging me money even though I can't log in? Thank you.

    You would have to try contacting support. As long as you can verify that you are the owner of the account, they can get you the email and you can reset the password. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    How would I do that? When I go to contact us it's a bot which doesn't understand what I say, how would I message the support team directly?

    You could try calling Xbox support and see what they could do for you... I'm pretty sure they can give you the windows live ID if you have forgotten it... but be prepared to answer a few security questions on your account.
