Love The Game, But Where's It Going?

My wife and friends and I have thoroughly enjoyed this game since Launch. It is relaxing when you want it to be, and challenging when you need it to be. Knowing what has already been said (We need DLC, etc.), my question is, where's it going?

I know Battlefield 4 has been an absolute mess since it's original launch, but they at least have a road map of what's going on, even if you don't know when EVERYTHING is launching (if you have Premium anyways). This game is, to me, a sleeper hit, but with
NOTHING coming from either Microsoft or Zoe Mode as to what the future of the game will bring, I'm left totally curious as to where it's going. I've always had the dream where annual releases of games stop and base games are supplemented and revitalized through
patches and DLC (It's a pipe dream, I know. I'm well aware of what the industry wants most, $$$), so I'd hate for this to be it and Powerstar Golf 2 to be a 2014 Holiday Release, with nothing really done with the 1st one.

Do what I did and write Zoe Mode the developer of this game and ask them. They haven't responded yet and if they haven't in another week or so, I will again. The download tab is there on the main menu screen for a reason.
