    Bonjour, je poste ce message ici en espérant trouver enfin une solution.

    Ça fait depuis Lundi, 3h du matin que j'essaye de récupérer mon compte xboxlive et donc aussi Microsoft Store qui a été piraté. En plus de m'avoir volé 200€; il m'a aussi volé l'accès mon compte et Microsoft ne cesse de me faire patienter et de me dire
    "on vous rappellera", ce qui est loin d'être le cas.

    Je suis loin, très loin d'être une [Mod Removed] mais ma patience a des limites. Si ça prend du temps, je veux bien comprendre.. Mais assurez-vous au moins de tenir vos clients informés de ce qu'il se passe au lieu de les faire patienter
    sans information...

    Microsoft ne répond pas sur twitter, ni par mail.

    Ça fait depuis Lundi, [Mod Removed] ! Et j'ai fait tout ce qu'on m'a demandé !

    contact your credit card or bank and report the theft of 200 euros as most credit card companies and banks will refund that money if it is reported.

    I hope this gets sorted out soon

    Je suis vraiment désolé de ce qu'il vous arrive, je sais que cela peu être frustrant mais je suis sur que Microsoft fait tout son possible pour vous aidé au mieux ! Le support reçois des milliers de demande tous les jours ce qui peu ralentir le traitement de
    celles ci.

    Si vous avez déj contacter le support téléphonique je ne peu que vous conseiller de patienter davantage.

    Thanks for updating us with your reply. If you've already contacted Xbox Support and they've set up a case for your account's recovery, then it would take some time for them to get everything sorted out, at minimum 3 business days initially for investigation
    but may take longer dependent on a case-by-case basis. This is especially true if you've been unable to recover the account yourself using our Compromised
    Account Solution
    .

    If you've had a request to recover your account set up on your behalf by Xbox Support and wish to be updated on the status of the case, then you may reply to the emails you received from the support personnel that you contacted to ask what is happening.
    Alternatively, you may again
    request a call back from Xbox Support
    and once they call you back, reference the case number (beginning with SR and located in the correspondence subject line and body of text) so that they may look into what is happening and let you know. Sadly, we here
    on the forums lack the necessary tools to directly assist with account takeover related issues.

    This is what I have been doing since Monday. I keep calling them, they tell me they have the file in hand and yet I have no information, I keep waiting in the void while a hacker is playing on my account!

    All my game data is lost and there is not a single employee at Microsoft who is gonna help me after 4 days. Do you find that normal? They make me wait without ANY information, they told me that the file will be given to an expert but there is absolutely
    nothing happening!

    I have been polite and compassionate since the beginning but that's enough!

    I'm sorry to hear things have been so frustrating for you. You can request a free call-back by signing on at
    https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and selecting Billing. When prompted to speak to a virtual agent, decline
    it. After answering a few more questions, you should get the option to request a callback.


    You can also try filling out the account recover form here It takes a bit of time before
    you hear anything back. But don't be deterred.


    You may also want to cancel the card on file so no more purchases can be made.
