    I am in the UK and there is a complete lack of transparency when it comes to making a formal complaint, Australia has a complaints form, which one 'live chat' sent me a link to. I have to speak to people from Morocco who don't even have a basic understanding
    of the English language evident from my 5 telephone calls and transcripts of 'Live chats' It is also evident that Microsoft and act with impunity, I got the same results contacting USA 'live chat' I have even emailed Microsoft 'integrity' and Phil Spencer
    attaching copies of transcripts, no acknowledgement from anyone, appalling! I've been with Xbox Live for 12 years and spent £1,000's with Microsoft and the first time I raise a complaint, no interest, once my 2 months of premium gamepass are up, I'm off, no
    support, no accountability

    What is the issue you want to complain about. If you share with us, we may well be able to point you in the direction needed.
    My complaint regards attempting to purchase Case West at £4.75 over several days each time getting no error code just to be told to try later. I purchase Farcry 4 season pass with no error, yet it never went through. I initially contact support for a call
    back, when I said Case West had now gone up to £6.75 I'm told it can't be rectified to price I attempted to purchase at, my integrity is immediately put into question and the example thrown at me is we get calls everyday from people saying they couldn't purchase
    a game which was at £25 and is now £50, we are talking £2 here and it is more about principle. They all tell me I have to provide a screen shot!? So basically I have to take a photo of my TV everytime there is an issue with a purchase??? I shouldn't be accused
    of attempting to scam or indeed fraud against Microsoft, I had to request 4 further calls and just like the first they all hung up on me! I went through USA site and 'live chat' with someone who tells me there had been outage for purchases by paypal, now bare
    in mind this was after spending six hours of my time on 'live chats' to people in Morocco plus 5 calls. Conveniently though, I am told that the purchase for Farcry 4 Season pass was pending, he told me to check purchase history, I told him this WAS NOT the
    case, he then goes on to tell me that there was no record of attempts to purchase Case West, he went on to state 360 purchases can't proceed via paypal, yet every purchase I have made has been through paypal most being directly through Xbox one. To be clear
    he tells me something completely different. He suggests I pay full price and seek a refund, I ask if he can guarantee 100% I would be refunded, his response a high chance?! I told him I wasn't going to waste further time seeking a refund. At the end of the
    day I should have someone address my complaint at the first step, not 5 calls where I am accused of scamming and fraud, £2 is principle, Microsoft should have informed me that I couldn't pay via paypal, my debit card is linked to my account so there's no excuse.
    I asked where I lodge a formal complaint on service, he sends a link to what I have already pursued.     Too bad to hear this friend, I from experience I needed the support more than once, and were extremely attentive and always solved my problems as quickly and as best I can, I live in Brazil and I have no complaints to make, I really hope that You can solve
    your problem and have the service I had. Good luck.

    Surprisingly they dont have a complaints department. They should in my opinion. Most big companies do.
