Manual Eject for Xbox One S

I'm using the paperclip method for manual eject, as my eject button is not working. How far in do I have to push the paperclip? Is there a certain motion I should move the paperclip in after pushing in as far as I can?

    :)

    PROBLEMS HELP !!!!

On the "old fat" Xbox 360's there was a Manual Eject Button (it varies Location, Console to Console) but it is a small opening about the size of a paperclip. Here is how, "Manually
    eject console disc tray
    ".

My disc tray won't open; have tried many things...

Seems like to me the disc tray is stuck or the button has malfunctioned. There is a way to eject the tray in case you get a disc stuck in the system. Here is the links below on how to do it.

Manual Eject for Xbox One S

Hi, LorrieW! thank you for reaching out.
My name is AJ, I'm an Independent Advisor for the Xbox Community.
I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your console.

I understand you have some questions regarding the manual extraction method for Xbox consoles.

    > "How far in do I have to push the paperclip?"

A: Your paper clip must reach 2 inches or 5 centimeters. This is approximately how far the paper clip should go in.

    > "Is there a certain motion I should move the paperclip in after pushing in as far as I can?"

A: There is no specific motion you should be doing, but you might need to insert the paper clip at a bit of an angle so it goes past the console's side plate and into the correct hole.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
    Best regards.
