    Microsoft: MS Jackpot will not save to cloud!

    Microsoft (Routers): MS Jackpot will not save to cloud!
    On my desktop computer when opening MS Jackpot I get an error message "There was a problem saving your coin balance to the cloud. Please check your internet connection and try again" However all other games work fine to the cloud, like bingo and MS solitaire
    collection. Also in Jackpot the game level works fine. It's just the coin balance. Please help? What now?

    About three weeks ago I started seeing a window in Microsoft Jackpot that stated my coin balance could not be sync'd with the cloud and to check my internet connection. I use the cloud coin saving feature because I play Microsoft Jackpot on a few different
    machines. I do not have nor due I experience bad or intermittent connections to the internet on any of the computers I play Microsoft Jackpot on. This has to be a cloud storage problem that occurred when one of the windows 10 updates came down the line. All
    the PC's I play Microsoft Jackpot on are running windows 10. All of the updates have been installed and verified. This has to be a Microsoft software glitch as I see it has happened to too many users on too many different machines. I have lost 126,000 coins,
    my five day bonus of 1,000 coins and the ability to bank any new coins I get, But.......... Life goes on !!

    It is doing the same thing on the Microsoft jackpot game also. I tried to get into get my daily 1000 for the day and I could not get it. I would hope somebody would fix this soon. all my coins that I had over 1 million play coins are gone also. now I cannot

    I have similar problem with Microsoft Jackpot... I lost all my accumulated game points (480 000) and also get a message... "There was a problem saving saving your coin balance to the cloud. Please check your internet connection and try again." (no error
    code number). Ther are two buttons "TRY AGAIN" and "CONTINUE ANYWAY". Often when selecting try again, the fault rectified...but sometimes not. THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH MY INTERNET CONNECTION. Frequently in the past when playing this game when I got the same
    message and continued playing, the problem always corrected itself after a few minutes and my coin balance adjusted to the correct amount. This time, nothing I do seems to help. I have uninstalled and re-installed game but has not helped. Is there anyway I

    "As of today, December 19, 2018, Microsoft Jackpot is no longer available for download on the Microsoft Store and the in-game coin store will not accept new purchases. Purchases made in the last 6 months, starting with June 19, 2018, will
    be automatically refunded.

    Current players may enjoy the game without these features until June 19, 2019, when game services including daily bonus coins, ad-watching for coins, cloud sync, leaderboards, and achievements will cease.

    We will be sad to see this game go away and we deeply regret having to make this decision."
