    have tried everyway I know but Microsoft suduko wont load passed the screen with tiles on and arkadium logo, uninstalled and run from Microsoft solitaire collection and from the store with no success, I get no error message the screen freezes. I have
    tried clicking on the settings button and that say cant get settings for this app at moment, any help will be great thanks

    Hi there, I have got this same problem with Microsoft Sudoku and also Microsoft Minesweeper! I am signed in as Microsoft Solitaire and Microsoft Mahjong both work. Have tried to remove the Program and reload but that does not solve the problem.

    And what's broken about it? What platform are you playing on? Are you getting an error? We could assist in help troubleshooting if we had some more details about the error you're seeing.
    Windows 10 … latest everything. This is an old, old, old problem and every thread gets "closed" after a few people say something about it. There is no problem with Microsoft Casual Games and no problem with Microsoft Solitaire … but Sudoku is broken …
    Minesweeper is iffy but Sudoku is really broken. No one understands why it cannot be fixed.

    It is doing the same thing on the Microsoft jackpot game also. I tried to get into get my daily 1000 for the day and I could not get it. I would hope somebody would fix this soon. all my coins that I had over 1 million play coins are gone also. now I cannot
    even play my Microsoft jackpot game. I really hope this problem will soon be fixed
