    I requested a refund after not liking a game that i played for less than 2-3 hours and tried to refund the game on the same day but the refund was denied so i spoke to customer support who told me to reply to the email with more reasoning so i did. A day
    later my refund case was closed and never got another decision. Tbh thats just poor customer service especially since ive been a member of xbox live for over 7 years just puts me off even buying anything off the Microsoft store due to shoddy refund policies.

    However you are buying from an American company and that message does show up. Clicking "Buy" means you agree to that.

    But anyways we can not help here .That is fully handled by the agent who sent you the email. Sorry if you are unhappy.

    Amazon do returns and im not American our version of Gamestop is Game which allow refunds for certain reasons.

    When you buy a game digital on the market you are given a pop us saying "Digital sales are final" refunds are for extreme cases. "Not liking" a game does not fall under that.

    Next time I highly suggest checking up on a game before you buy it. There are many many ways to check out stuff before buying it and youtube has no shortage of information and videos.

    We are in a age were next to nothing about a video game can be hidden. Many places to find information and reviews about it even entire let's plays being started and finished before a game is a week old.

    It is not a Shoddy policy. It is a policy to protect against abuse.

    Hi there Blazing,

    Your options in this case are to resubmit a refund request/respond to the email you received with the denial and see if the refund group will change their mind.

    The other is to look at what regional return options are as I know some countries have specific rules and other options for get refunds. (Sorry, I'm not fluent in what that could be, but I know some countries do.)

    No one in the forums will be able to assist.
