Sorry to hear that buddy, if you don’t have access to the email you used to create your Mojang account (the one you want to migrate) you may need to recover it, if it’s a Microsoft domain (outlook, live.con, etc) you can use the account recovery form:

In cases like this no one Microsoft agent or Mojang support can assist you with this process / tell your the specific email / modify or share account details due to privacy and security policies

If you have issues with the PS4 account try contacting them. Even if you dont have the password, if you know the details of the account (name, date of birth, security questions, etc) they might send you a link to reset the password where you could disconnect
it.
