    y’all! I DO NOT understand. I am constantly tinkering around and then get the DVR sharing to OneDrive option working again, but in a day or two, or sometimes an hour or two, the same message comes back “something went wrong, try again later, blah blah sad
    face” this has been persistent. I like to edit and streamline my gaming clips to make a nice YouTube/Instagram experience featuring my own music. The inconsistency of this feature seems real cumbersome. Is there a perminant solution?? Playing on the GOW4 2tb

    I just typed Motorola when it asked me what my box was, it actually even said I only had to enter the first couple of letters but I entered Motorola. The moxi cable box is in plain sight and not hindered by anything, I have direct access to it. The tv
    function still works on my xbox but I have to continue using my cable box remote as I am unable to change the channel at all through the xbox. HDMI cables are hooked up properly. The make/model is Moxi HD DVR 3012

    Summary

    - Everything is hooked up properly, this I know (HDMI cables, Kinect)

    - Cable works through xbox, but still forced to use my cable tv remote because XBOX will not change the channel

    - Make/model is Moxi HD DVR 3012

    Hi there,

    Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

    After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that the Xbox Live account, the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues to.

    If the regions don't match then the only fix will be to change the region, but keep in mind that changing regions can have other (unwanted) effects and it's advised not to use a region that is different from your location.

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
