My xbox one keeps crashing eveytime i start a game of modern warfare

My xbox keeps crashing too. Wont load game from home screen. Tried resetting xbox and still nothing.

it started happening the 3rd game of the new Modern Warfare update for season 2 last week. So sad.

Would like to know what to do next since my xbox doesnt work and i cant navigate anything. It is on my xbox one s that i bought over black friday...

Thank you for the reply. I have found article from Activision themselves that includes some troubleshooting tips found

When your on the article click on Xbox One and a drop down menu shall appear giving you steps to reduce the chance of the game crashing. I would personally recommend trying to clear your cache which can be found

It also has some things to try that did work for some people

It is modern warfare game. Crashed 3 xboxs if ours same way. It changes something. I was able to do offline reset on 3rd one. But entire xbox keeps freezing. I reached out to activision but they are ignoring me and others with same problem. Keep
the game disc, that is the culprit 99% sure. My kiddos are very sad right now because cant get answers and cant afford another system etc.
