It is the first time i switch on Xbox One X, i cant update... All time appear this error...

I'm having the same problem bro, I bought a new xbox one S today and it doesn't update, it stops at 904mb and gives the same error. It is a problem on the console?

I have updated the Xbox app to my Windows computer. I need help with an error code that is not recognized in the error code list. I am trying to update my xbox one and it says it has a problem with the following error code: 0x8B0500B6 0x00000000 0x9FFF0004.

1. I need to troubleshoot a system update error
2. Xbox One S or Xbox One X
3. I am getting an error message or error code
4. There was a problem with the update
5. Select: 80072XXX

Once you get to that point follow the troubleshooting provided and let us know if it helps.

My Kinect has stopped working. Need some time to test but I find XBox One really sluggish after the August update
