    Connecting multplie Xbox's to live over same connection

    Are you suggesting therefore that I remove the cables from the Sky hub for the 2x consoles and instead plug them into the netgear router, then set the netgear router to have a static IP address and then enter the netgears static IP into the Sky hubs DMZ

    Latency on XBox 1

    What latency are you showing on your xbox 1 when you go to detailed network check. I'm on wired connection with Virgin 120mb and getting 160ms and near 200 on wireless. Nat is showing as moderate, setup as a static ip on netgear 3700 router.

    Please ensure the Netgear is using the very latest firmware

    Ensure the DMZ is turned off on the Netgear and any port forwarding of Xbox live ports

    Ensure UPnP is enabled on the router and that the Xbox ip address is set to auto

    What is the make/model of the modem/router supplied by Windstream that the Netgear is connected to?

    Also when you look at this screen on your Netgear
    screenshots.portforward.com/.../Router_Status.htm
    what does it show for your Internet Port IP Address?

    As the problem could well be the Windstream device

    Art5034 , could you access the Netgear and look at the WAN/Internet IP Address, does it start with 10. or 172, or 192.

    This is the WAN IP address not the LAN ip address, you don't need to post up the full address, just confirm if it starts with 10 , 172 or 192
