    Hi joe,

    Thanks for your post. If your console is not connecting to your router's DHCP server, you may want to set a Static IP address to your console. To do so, you must contact your ISP or refer to your router's manual for the IP addressing scheme of your network.
    Once you have an IP address to set to your Xbox One, you can enter it by visiting Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>IP Settings>Manual; on this screen you may enter your IP address and attempt to connect to your network.

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
