    Why is it when I tell xbox after getting my console back from the service center and it not turning on that the service center was at fault, nobody even acknowledges it. I sent my xbox in for disc drive repair. It would still turn on amd let me download
    and use my apps, but would not run any discs. So after waiting two weeks I got it back and not only was their a box cut msrk clear across the top it wouldn't even turn on. So I contacted customer support. Nobody even said anything sbout the box cut mark and
    then I was told I was wrong and my power supply was the problem so I paid to ship it back to have it replaced and to no suprise when I got it in the mail today and hooked it all back up, the xbox STILL will not power on the power light wont even light up.
    It has been almost 3 months since ive even seen my xbox turned on. At this point I'm ready to give up on xbox. Nobody in customer service seems to give a crap and its absolutely unexceptable that no one seems willing to even help. I just keep being told I
    have to do the advanced exchange but I refuse to pay or even hold 400 dollars against my card to cover for some incompetent "technician" who made my console completely unplayable. I am disgusted in xbox and any one working in the "service center" should be
    ashamed.

    Ok so here we go after painstaking hours of sitting on the phone and listening to some guy who clearly doesn't know what he's talking about telling me to turn my Xbox on and off and an extremely rude lady who hurried me up because she didn't know the issue
    either I have decided to post on your forums where my issue will be lost and forgot about. I have an Xbox one nifty little thing it just seemed to never work games wouldn't run shutdown randomly but that's not the issue I'm here for today. After going through
    2 xbox ones and reseting and yes turning it off and back on your supports favorite words I still can not talk to people I have tried different controllers, xboxes, Internet connections, and headsets and to no avail. The only thing I haven't tried was using
    a Kinnect which face it Noone wants to use nor do I want to go out and buy one when I have a perfectly good pc to play but when I do play xbox I would like to communicate with my friends which of course I cannot do. I was told that this was not a large enough
    problem to focus on but there is a team on it. Now if you know xbox you can guess how well that works.

    Things I have tried

    -turning off and back on

    -new headset/controller

    -new Xbox

    -calling your wonderful tech support

    -different Internet connections

    -factory reset

    -changing mac address

    -kicking it

    Now I am at your mercy Microsoft you gave me windows now fix my xbox

    suspension time.

    Support have nothing whatsoever to do with xbox live enforcement so there's no point contacting them.

    That's strange , if different Xboxes and different mics all had the same problem maybe your router is blocking a port or something ? And I don't think this forum is known for people posting stuff and it gets "lost and forgot about" ...but some basic info
    will help...

    ngocphi & dave are right,phone support have nothing whatsoever to do with enforcement & would not be able to help.

    SAME! I cant sign in whatsoever and all customer support is doing is giving me the same stuff I've already tried.
