Parent lock on xbox 360

You can use the
Xbox 360 console control reset page if you have forgotten a code or need to clear a purchased console's parental lock!

Do you by chance still have a parental lock on the Xbox 360? What is It that you are trying to do that you can't?

You can reset the parental passcode online from your devices section after you register the Xbox 360 to your account:
