Promotion small print

As per the T&C of the offer you must set the console as your home console by the date specified.

However, the date of receipt of the code has not yet passed. You would receive this code by August 15 to your gamertag's message center.

I don't know who told you that you were not eligible for this offer but you should wait until the date specified to see if you actually get the code or not.

When was the promotion active? Also, did you read the small-print, it would have stated when the points where deposited into your account.

Free trial codes don`t normally expire, but ones that are part of a promotion sometimes do.

Have you tried looking online to find any of the promotion details?

Its bound to be there in the small print if it does expire.

That's what I thought, I saw small print indicating that it would not be a 1:1 time ratio while large print in the FAQ section indicated that it would be. Thank you

There are some promotions that happen when you first buy and Xbox, those offers are Valid, But you have to read the small print, some of it might say, as GronTron said, You might have to purchase a year for it to be effective.
