Ryse: Son of Rome Multiplayer is not awarding gold to players.

Hello,

Myself and several others are experiencing a glitch in the Ryse: Son of Rome multiplayer. At the end of each match the game displays the amount of good that should have been awarded to the player but the in game wallet remains 0. There is
NO ERROR MESSAGE explaining that the Microsoft Store could not be reached it simply remains 0. I believe this is a new error unrelated to the error that arose from language and region not matching. That error was solved. However,
I still checked and made sure that my language and region matched; they did. I have searched on multiple threads and encounted multiple people explaining they have encounted a similar glitch across multiple regions. I have been to Crytek's support website
and they have addressed the issue of region and language not syncing but not this new glitch. In addition the website states: "Please note that the Xbox One Version of
RYSE- Son of Rome is NOT officially supported by Crytek Customer Support. Please contact Microsoft Support for any further assistance." So I do not believe that the they will address the issue. Please help.

As I previously stated several times; IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE REGION AND LANGUAGE. This is a new issue. The region and language had an error message but i have never received an error message and I checked my region and language multiple times. Also
Crytek is not supporting the game on Xbox One.

I am having the EXACT same problem as red beard reported above. I tried changing the language settings to match the location and it did not work. Please fix this problem!!!

Hi RedBeardthe1st,

I know in the past people wasn't receiving their gold due to a language glitch. For example, if you had your location set to Canada and your language set to English (united States), people was getting their gold and this cause it. A fix was to set your
language to English( Canada) and this fixed the issues with receiving gold. I haven't played Ryse in 2yrs but at the time that was a quick fix to the solution.

I contacted Crytek support on their website about this problem, which is no longer fixed by having a consistent language/region setting, and got a reply back (within 2 days):

"We're currently looking into this issue, and we hope to have good news soon.

Unfortunately, the investigation into this issue is still ongoing - we're currently in collaboration with Microsoft in order to look into this problem, and while we work on it we hope for your continued patience."
