Someone called me homophobic slurs, got me banned, and is now harassing me

Do you click the message first? I have never had an option like that on my console and I cannot find anything online about this issue of not being able to report a message.

Ok thanks. How am I able to report his message? Where would that option be? I cannot find it on the Xbox iOS app or the Xbox One.

All you have to do is report and block. Then just let the enforcement team do their thing and not worry about it. You won't be told when an enforcement action is given to the other person and their messages may not be removed. So it's possible they could have already had a suspension for it or it's possible they're still being investigated and will still receive a suspension. Investigations can take time so not all actions are given immediately. Reporting them multiple times for the same thing won't make a difference either.

I have reported it in Voice Communications at least 5 times. I was comms banned almost immediately after he sent "have fun being banned". This has been over a week now and his messages have not been removed like mine was, and he has had no repercussions. I'm not sure what else to do.

I have also been very specific about which messages he sent in my reports.

How am I able to report the message? There is no option to report his message on my console. The options are Player name or gamertag, Cheating, Player Picture, Voice communication, Unsporting behavior, & Quitting early
