I would try a factory reset (with the option to keep your games and apps) after this you could also clear the local cache and if there is a account on your console where you know the log in Details delete that and redownload it after restarting the console
    or add the new account.

    Also try this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/sign-in-solution

If all these soloutions not work and your console is still in warranty I would recommend to set it up for an repair.

    Hope that helps.

    :)

    SR 300N: BOOTING

That's not something Xbox can fix as that is done through the internet and not Live itself. You can file a complaint on the users you believe are doing it and the enforcement team can investigate it, but otherwise, you would need to work with your ISP
    to help keep you online.

    SR 300N: connection issues

    Hi Brian,

That could be that your Xbox is not tunneling IPv6 correctly from the router as something may be blocking or interfering the connection.

Are both Xbox's usually connected concurrently to the router or at different times?

I recommend starting off with basic troubleshooting for the Xbox. Hold down the power button on the console that isn't connecting for approximately 10 seconds or until the console turns off. Once off unplug the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet
to reset the power unit. Unplug your modem and router for 5 minutes and leave the Xbox unplugged also during this time. Then plug in the network devices and let them reboot before getting your Xbox rebooted. Hopefully once the Xbox reboots it will automatically
    connect to the service.

Give that a try and let us know the results.
