    Since the latest version release, a problem cropped up that makes the game nearly unplayable. Blocks don't break & stay that way! When I'm hacking away at a block either barehanded or with a tool, the cracks appear, the block breaks & scatters pieces,
    but then immediately reappears. Sometimes the same block will have to be broken 3-4-5 or more times before it actually "breaks" and can be picked up to inventory... but the tool being used takes damage like 3-4-5+ blocks have been broken. This makes it
    very long, tedious, and irritating when trying to dig anything, because it takes forever to get hardly anywhere, and it seems to get worse the longer the game plays. The odd part is that it's not every time, and not the same amount of times... It may take
    6 tries to break the first cobblestone block, the next one may break in one shot... then the next one might take 3 times to break... then 4 the next... etc... And the type of material doesn't matter... it happens with sand, stone, ore, as well as trying to
    break "made" items like ladders. doors, and fences.

    I just hope someone on the programming / troubleshooting team picks this up and checks into it... as I said, it makes the game nearly unplayable, and it's really disappointing. From what I've seen online, I'm not the only one who has been experiencing this
    bug. Hopefully it gets fixed quickly.

    Nothing much to say look at the post below me the one with 640 replies. I've been waiting many months for a fix on my gamertag
    Westy177. some have been fixed I for one have not. I thought my name was put on a list that got sent to the A team microsoft power rangers whatever their called. Made post to get some
    attention on this issue since a 640 reply post seems to get ignored every day someone writes a new reply. Also Ent1ceTheMal1ce is effected bu this issue he's given up but i still think he deserves a fix.

    Still waiting for error 80190376 fix

    Did you try phone support or you may find help on section 2 since they deal with error codes and what not.

    This was officially fixed in the TU15 released this week. Make sure you have updated.

    I'm not an MS rep, this is the forum, 90+% of the people posting answers here are community members, not paid employees. You'll want to contact support and give them your case number for an update, I'm not certain if the forum support members can even look
    at cases or if they are allowed to discuss them on the forums.

    Have you contacted phone or chat support to set up a case? If not then never. if so then you'll want to contact them again, give them your case number and ask for an update.

    Its a touchy subject especially when you pay for a premium service like Live Gold & get treated like you're Live Bronze. I am guessing that your account was at some point in the Family Live Gold plan & was migrated to an individual account? Here is my

    Did you even check the thread? I have been in contact with support since 30th August 2013. Don't try and pretend my issue is new.
